1. Choose Your Arrangement
Select your bouquet style, size, colors, date, time, and delivery or pickup option.
2. We Confirm Your Order
After you submit your request, we’ll text you to confirm the details, flower availability, prices and final design.
3. Receive Your Invoice
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a manual invoice. We accept Zelle, Apple Cash, PayPal, and Cash App.
4. Secure Your Order
Same-day orders: 100% payment is required before we begin.
Advance orders (3+ days): A 50% deposit reserves your order. The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup or delivery.
5. We Create Your Bouquet
Your arrangement is handcrafted specifically for you using the best available flowers in your chosen colors and style.

Order & Pickup Times
Same-Day Orders
Need a bouquet today?
Order between 8:00 AM–1:00 PM with full payment.
Pickup or delivery: 3:00–5:00 PM or later.
Next-Day Orders
Orders placed in the evening for the following day are available for pickup or delivery from 2:00–3:00 PM onward.
2–3 Days in Advance
Ordering ahead gives us more flexibility. Your bouquet can be ready at a pre-agreed time.
This is recommended for:
Large bouquets
3D arrangements
Complex or premium designs
Sunday Orders
Sunday orders must be placed by Saturday at 1:00 PM with full payment.
Pickup or delivery will be arranged for a pre-agreed time.
Holidays
Holiday schedules may vary during peak periods, including Valentine’s Day, March 8, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
We’ll provide updated ordering and pickup information in advance via Direct or phone.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fresh flowers are perishable, time-sensitive, and custom-made. For this reason, all floral orders are final sale.
Cancellations & Deposits
Once your order is confirmed and flowers have been reserved or preparation has started, it is non-refundable.
For advance orders, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or change your plans.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after an arrangement has been created or delivered.
Natural Flower Variations
Fresh flowers naturally vary in color, size, shape, and petal structure. Minor variations, creasing, or changes to outer petals are normal and are not considered defects.
After Delivery
Once your arrangement is handed to the client, recipient, or delivery courier, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient.
Issues caused by temperature, improper care or storage, building access, or courier delays are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Issues With Your Order
If there is a genuine issue caused by Arias Blossom, please contact us within 6–12 hours of delivery or pickup and include clear photos.
We’ll review the situation and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement or other accommodation at our discretion.
